At Valleyfield Music Studio, our mission is to nurture a growth mindset in every student, empowering them to become happy, confident individuals through the joy of music. We believe in the power of continuous learning, resilience, and positivity, fostering an environment where children can explore their musical potential and develop lifelong skills.
Through personalized instruction, supportive mentorship, and a community-oriented approach, we strive to help each child grow not just as a musician, but as a person. Our ultimate goal is to inspire confidence, creativity, and a love for music that lasts a lifetime.

Morden Studio
My teaching career started in a quaint little studio in Pickering, Ontario. I was looking for a way to make some extra cash while going to college, when a friend suggested that I try teaching piano. What started as a part time job to help pay bills, grew into a passion that I have never been able to shake. Little did I know that over 15 years later I would still be teaching. My goal is to help my students harness their love for music and help them grow their confidence. Throughout the years I have had students of various ages and backgrounds, but the one thing they all had in common was the look of wonder on their faces when they mastered something they thought impossible. This is what makes teaching so rewarding for me.
I have been playing piano for over 25 years and taken both theory and practical
exams through the Royal Conservatory of Music. Other experiences I have are, playing in church for over a decade and performing in many music festivals and recitals.
Currently, I teach piano and theory out of my studio in Morden, both in person and online. I also offer a preschool piano program.
Trisha Hoeppner

Hello! My name is Trisha Hoeppner. I grew up in Morden, Manitoba and have lived here my whole life. From a young age, playing instruments was something I did. Being creative is part of who I am. I play piano and a little guitar and I love to sing as well! Recently, I have been able to dig deep into piano and I am loving it. Teaching is a passion of mine and I look forward to getting to know your children.
Currently, I teach piano out of my home studio, both in person and online. I accept beginner students both during the day and the evening.
Bethany Wiebe

Hi my name is Bethany Wiebe. Music has been a part of my life since I was quite young. I have performed in music festivals for over a decade and have completed exams through the Royal Conservatory of Music. I enjoy learning more about music and recently have decided to learn to play the ukulele.
Currently, I am studying for my Bachelor of Music at the Canadian Mennonite University and I am eager to share my passion of music with you.
I am accepting both beginner and advanced students for voice and piano.
Chloe Bergen

Hello, I'm Chloe Bergen. My journey with music began with piano lessons at the age of 5, but I didn't discover my passion for the instrument until I was 10 years old. I've since fallen in love with music, and I see it as a powerful art that transcends all barriers; it is a language we all speak. I've been singing and playing piano in church since childhood, and enjoyed competing in the Festival of the Arts for several years. I now have a career in healthcare, but I'm so excited to teach piano, sharing the joy of music.
This fall, I look forward to teaching beginner and intermediate students in my home studio.

Hey, I’m Ryan Hildebrand. I’ve grown up here in the Pembina Valley and music has been a part of my life in may different forms and seasons. From piano lessons as a kid and concert and jazz band in highschool; to worship teams, audio work and touring over the last decade. Music and creativity is continually being woven into a part of who I am. I have been most involved with guitar and audio/recording over the last number of years. I am excited to share the knowledge I have gathered with you! I look forward to serving you as we learn together!

Hi! I'm Yurii! I am from Ukraine and came to Canada in 2016. Back in Ukraine I learned how to play piano and dance Ukrainian Folk dances. But I can’t do it at same time. 😃
Almost all my life I had been playing music in different music bands with different styles. I have a lot of experience working with other musicians, creating music, studio work and live performances. I am very excited to start teaching piano and look forward to showing students a beautiful world of music where everyone can find something for themselves, even with theory which can be interesting as a new discovery journey. Another skillset I offer is to help a classically trained piano player transition to keyboard playing in a band.
I am offering piano lessons for beginner and intermediate students at my home studio.
Joel Klassen

Joel Klassen is a seasoned guitarist with a passion for both playing and teaching music. He has played on many stages in several provinces and countires across Europe.
Having honed his skills over the years, Joel is eager to share his musical expertise by instilling a love for music in his students.
He resides in Morden with his loving wife and faithful four-legged companion.
Joel is now accepting beginner-intermediate students for Guitar, Bass and Ukulele.
Kira Young

Hi, I’m Kira Young! My love for music began in childhood, and I’ve been passionate about it ever since. I’ve taken piano lessons for many years and enjoy sharing my talent by playing in church and singing with family and friends. While piano is my favorite instrument, I’m also teaching myself the ukulele and violin, always eager to learn something new.
I’ve completed the Royal Conservatory of Music theory exams for Levels 1–8 and am currently working on Level 9. I’m excited to share my knowledge and love for music with you and help you discover the joy it can bring to your life!
Kira is now accepting beginner-intermediate students for piano.
